Hey if you have one that's not working take it flip it upside down and right at the bottom there is a little metal peice nxt to the hole the air goes through just push it toward the middle so it can get connection. Happens to me constantly happy smoking .

Quality but had a problem with a defective cartridge
I have purchased Cake CBD products and am really enjoying them, I actually placed another order yesterday, but unfortunately today my last cartridge which is more then half full is no longer working, it is defective and unresponsive, my battery is working fine with other cartridges etc. I am awaiting a response from customer service? Otherwise I love the products and enjoy buy in store and order Cake disposables as well
